Had an unforgettable stay for a night. I enjoyed big room, the bed was comfortable. The spotlessly clean bathroom with a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets. The location was particularly good and perfect: main shopping street and a shopping street were within walking distance.

The location of the hotel is ideal for those who want to experience the vibrant early morning fish market. It is conveniently situated near the airport, where a complimentary shuttle service is provided by the hotel. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with spacious bathrooms. the service is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. the breakfast served is delicious and there is a peaceful outdoor area to relax in.
The hotel lacks a variety of facilities and amenities compared to other establishments in the area.

The room was spacious with a big table and chairs, perfect for spreading out and relaxing. The location was great, close to the train station. And the family running the place was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel like part of their family.
The room and bathroom were a bit basic for Western standards, with a difficult bathroom door and intermittent wifi. Unfortunately, there was no air conditioning, so it got quite hot at times.

The hosts were friendly and cute, and they made sure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The room was clean and cozy, providing a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Not only did they offer a complimentary airport pick-up, but they also were very good by driving me to Kandy when there was a train strike. The location of the hotel was convenient, with the Negombo fish market and main shopping street within close proximity. Although the room was basic by western standards, it met all my needs perfectly. The only minor issues were the occasional wifi outages and the lack of air conditioning, but the fan provided ample cooling. I had a fantastic stay at Sunrise City Palace and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Negombo.
